It is always better if you would like to contact us first to check the delivery situation:
If you paid with PayPal: approximate delivery usual 24 to 72 hours
If you paid by T/T or Western union: Delivery will correspond to the above but counting from the time we confirm payment.
The delivery period presented in our website are indicative and logically can be delayed reasons beyond SSTL Meteorological Balloon Supply.

Shipping agency

If the total weight of your single order is below 2kgs, we will choose shipping agency for example HongKong post and Singapore post. This method clear custom easy, usually no extra tax in border service agency for customers, but it may cost time as below:

If the total weight of your single order is over 2 kgs, we prefer to choose carrier method for example UPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT and EMS, or special airlines for example Australia post, we have the right to choose a carrier who is benefits us according to their pricing at that time without notify customer in advance. We will mark it as gift for customer in case there is tax which rate is according to local legal. It may cost time as below:

Minimum order

There can be no minimum order but shipping costs to any country are around $8. If refund, the shipping charges will be responsible by the customer. For reasons of disposable products for example rapid test cassettes that have been used will not be accepted. There is a minimum order over $50, free shipping.

Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products detained in the boarder agency not because of our error are exempt from being returned. If customer want a return after we delivery products to forwarder and already on the way to customer, we will only refund reduce the cost for forwarder sending it back.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Disposable goods which have been open the independent packing such as THC cassette, COC cassette cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Special sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately special sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at webmaster@high-altitude-balloon.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
